The Location: Set on a quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood, the house is just a 5-minute to Upton Park Tube (Zone 3). Canning Town (Elizabeth Line, Zone 2) is a 20-minute walk or 10-minute bus ride. Liverpool Street is around 15 minutes, Oxford Circus is around 25. There's also a handy cycle superhighway for those who prefer two wheels.
Your Room: A bright, spacious ground floor double with a large bay window overlooking the front garden (1st bedroom in the video clip). Fully furnished with a solid timber-frame bed, large wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers, and dresser. Cosy, characterful, and very well looked after.
The House: This Edwardian home has been fully renovated while keeping all its original charm — high ceilings, period features, the lot. It's warm, bright, and very well maintained.
Shared spaces include a comfortable living room with 42" TV, a well-equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, and microwave, a family bathroom upstairs, and a large back garden with a storage shed. There's a new washer/dryer too. Gas central heating keeps things toasty, with no limits on hot water. On-street parking is available by permit.
All Bills Included: Gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV licence, — plus unlimited super-fast Sky fibre broadband. Please note that bills are subject to a fair usage policy; working from home extensively may involve a small adjustment to cover additional energy costs.
Your Future Housemates: You'd be joining three friendly, career-focused professionals who've made this house a real home. JB works in learning support, Jake is a performing artist and also works in hospitality, Rebecca is a Kiwi girl, currently studying Public Health and also works in hospitality — and all are sociable, clean, respectful, and genuinely lovely to live with. This is a communal, caring houseshare, and the existing tenants will have a say in who joins — so chemistry matters!
The property is privately managed by myself John — an experienced, accredited and licensed landlord with no hidden fees. Any issues are dealt with promptly. Your lease will be professionally drafted and your deposit fully protected with a government-backed scheme.
