Hey future flatmates :)
We're two professional females and have a lovely furnished double room in a spacious house in east London. We're open to sharing with students and interns and happy to consider short lets/sublets as well and looking for another female to share with us. No couples please.
The room has a double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe ) and we're approx 7 mins walk from the nearest tube (zone 3) and walking distance to shops, groceries, some cool parks. We're a short distance from Stratford (walkable or short bus ride). Commute time to central London (e. g Soho) is 45 mins door to door.
We're pretty relaxed and sometimes do some stuff together (like meals, theatre, museums etc.) but also have our own lives. Our ideal flat mate would be easy going, friendly and reasonably considerate/tidy and basically a nice human.
We have lots of communal space including a dining kitchen, shared living room and great back garden and also great bathroom facilities. There are some pics attached to the ad which give a good idea of the space.
We're well connected for transport - our nearest tube has District/Hammersmith & City lines and we are convenient for jubilee and central line connections.
I have a huge love of cake and bake, so if you like cake/cookies we'll probably make a good match!
Happy to do in person or video viewings and of course answer any questions. Drop me a note here or on what's app. It's free for you to get in touch :)
Look forward to hearing from you!
