I am looking for a flatmate from 26 April - 13 June for short term. Living with a French girl (lawyer work at office 4 days a week. And me (will mainly be away a month because of work)
The house is very quiet and calm. Clean we all maintain well after any use in the living area.
Very peaceful and quiet residential area. Victorian house with front and back garden. Bike lock available at front.
Well insulated house. Ground floor with underfloor heating. Fully furnished recently.

16 minute walk to Upton Park station.
Lots of buses to Canning Town station and Custom House.
1 minute walk to corner shop. And 6 minutes to Tesco supermarket.
