~ 10-minute walk to the high street, which has a Boots, Superdrug, Lidl, Iceland, Tesco, and Holland & Barrett
~ Concierge and 24-hour access to an on-site gym

Bills are roughly £160 a month (Council Tax Band C, electricity, gas, and WiFi). We also get a cleaner in monthly, which is £22.66 per person.

You'll be sharing with two lovely girls, Timi (26) and Iyesha (28). Both work full-time jobs. We like to keep the house clean, are down for a chat when we're all home, but also respect each other's space 💗
