I have a room in my 2 bedroom modern flat to rent from November 1st.. The flat is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom modern flat. You would use the big bathroom beside the
your bedroom.
Shared open plan kitchen.
This flat is very convenient for traveling. It takes only 6 mins walk to Woolwich Elizabeth line and 10 mins walk to Woolwich Arsenal DLR and Railway station and plenty of bus station. It’s really convenient and quick to go to Canary Wharf (8mins by Elizabeth line) and the city center (15mins to Liverpool Street by Elizabeth line).
And there are a lot of supermarkets right next to the Elizabeth line station like M&S food, Sainsbury’s and Tesco. Woolwich town center is just 10 mins walk from home. There are a huge Tesco Extra, Sainsbury and many banks and restaurants there. If you are busy, you could buy food or stuff just on your way home.
The flat is near the Thames river. It’s very very quiet and safe. We have security door and left in the building. There is a 24/7 concierge which could keep your parcel safe and a gym in the concierge. If you want to go to city frequently and want to live in a quiet place with your own boundaries. It’s perfect for you.

The bills which includes council tax, hot water, Wi-Fi and electricity are shared by all flatmate. It takes near or less £150-£200 pounds per month each (Winter). You could also pay 1200 which is bill included.
