I have a spacious double room available in Building 50, Royal Arsenal from the 30th of June.

The flat is a 3-minute walk from the Elizabeth Line Woolwich station.

Bills are not included but would be split evenly between us. Council tax is band B and we have high-speed internet.

I am a 38-year-old and rent directly from the landlord, very easygoing and get on with anyone. Booklovers would be particularly welcome as I have a large collection and am always happy to add more books to the flat.

The room has an ensuite with a bath & shower so plenty of privacy is available. Don't mind if you have a partner who wants to stay over often.

Many of my friends live in the area so if you want to socialise and meet new people, that is always welcome too.

I get on well with the landlord and she is very upfront and reliable.
