Hi my name is Georgia I have a double room available in Peverell right by Central Park. It’s is also 15 mins walk from Mutley and 20 mins to the uni.
I live at the address with my dog Gary we will be mostly at work together Monday to Friday. On weekends I tend to socialise and go running and walking.
The room is fully furnished with an ottoman double bed, set of cupboards and bedside tables. The street requires no permit for parking but you are right by the football stadium so will need to be mindful of that on game days.
As mentioned I have a dog so you would need to be okay with that, he is very friendly and will be with me most of the time. I am clean and respectful so would need someone who is the same.
There is a shared living room where you can watch telly, there is excellent wifi and all other bills are included.
