Hi,

2 x double rooms in this bright and airy townhouse on The Hoe, a stones throw from the water, city centre & Barbican. The rooms are very private and are located on the 4 floor. They are both furnished to a high standard and have their own recently refurbished private bathroom also on this floor.

Occupancy will only ever be 4 people maximum. Me and my partner are both early thirties and are Mon-Fri workers; we are very outdoorsy and enjoy eating and drinking! Our last lodger has been with us for 2 years but is now moving on.

This isn’t a typical HMO where you are thrown in with 5-10 random people. The house is kept clean and tidy and we want our tentants to enjoy living here as much as we do.
