I have a single/double room available for a let.

The room is clean and furnished and would suit a single person.

The house is in the Tamar Valley and is on the doorstep of the valley with lots of country side walks around.

Callington is the closest town and is a 20 minute walk away, and there is a regular bus route.

If you want to get out of the area the A30 and A38 are 15 minutes away.

This is a great house in a beautiful location with amenities on the door step.

You'll have your own lounge and use of the garden, gym.

Additionally youll be occupying the house on your own moat weekends as I only stay here during the week.

The room is a single furnished room, so if you after a large space, then this is not for you. But if you want a quiet house, in a beautiful area then please consider this house.

It is more important to me to have the right person in my house, so please don't be offended if I don't think we are compatible.

Ps, as this seems to be getting missed. There is limited parking, and by that I mean parking only available at weekends. There is a street 50 yards away.
