This is a family home, but the family live away

So you'll find there's plenty of space, places to work alone, a big recently improved bathroom for you to use, and a drive for your car.

The 21 and 21A buses stop close by and get to central Plymouth quickly.

My black labrador Shuna is very friendly and will appreciate somebody else to play with. There is plenty to read, including daily and weekly newspapers.

As well as the kitchen with an Aga cooker, there is a separate electric hob and oven in the utility room - useful in warm weather when the Aga is off.

The big conservatory on the south side of the house gets warm on sunny days in winter. The sheltered patio below is a sun-trap in summer.

The local Saturday ParkRun is close by, and Shuna and I get a 36 minute time these days. If you love sailing maybe you'll crew with me on a Hanse. Cadover Bridge is less than 15 minutes away, for brilliant Dartmoor walks.
