Double bedroom available in a lively family household by the coast. Our three-bedroom home offers stunning ocean views and direct access to the southwest coastal path and beach, with the headland just a short walk away and lots of amazing surf beaches near by. Ideal for those who love being outdoors and who enjoy long walks.

While renovations are ongoing, a small but neglected garden is available , perfect for these with a love of gardening but no pressure!

You'll share a small bathroom, kitchen, and lounge-diner with a large dining table. We have WiFi included in price, a TV with Netflix and Disney all included - but before 7 if the children are home we stick to child friendly programs if the tele is on. The children love playing in their room, Lego and playing Twister when in the house.

As a professional with varying work hours, my children attend school during term time, providing moments of quiet during the week. We're often out on weekends and away at least once a month, leaving the house to yourself.

Own transportation is recommended as the nearest bus stop is over half an hour's walk away.

We seek an easy-going individual who enjoys the company of children and our friendly dog. While we're a busy family, sharing a coffee once a week and occasional meals together would be great as we’d love you to feel a part of our home while respecting you have your own life too.
