Must be a cat lover! House is resident to one very friendly and inquisitive house cat – must be kept indoors so must be careful and conscientious to ensure that this is the case. Also must not mind a cat who may sleep on clothes or generally get in the way!

Room includes a TV aerial port so you can bring your own TV if you wish. Desk can also be provided if required as well as bookshelf space! Storage includes a chest of drawers for your use.

Shared bathroom with shower.

I work full-time alongside studying part time and writing, so am often busy working on projects or studying. I would appreciate someone who is understanding of this and is considerate of early hours and quiet evenings.

Would suit someone who enjoys time by themselves or is happy to entertain themselves in or out of the house. I would love to share with an equally creative person.

10-minute drive from Par station, 10-minute walk into the town of Fowey with facilities including shops, restaurants, and beaches. Plenty of coastal walks easily accessible by foot. 45 minute drive to Truro.
