I’m a 36-year-old professional educator looking for a friendly, respectful and considerate housemate to share my home in Keyham, Plymouth.

The room is a large double bedroom, with access to shared communal spaces, including:

* A fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, shared washer-dryer and fridge-freezer.
* A shared living room and separate dining room.
* A shared bathroom and an additional downstairs toilet.

A little about me: I work in education, so I’m often off during the college holidays, although I do occasionally work from home. I also have a Frenchie/Pug, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with a small, friendly dog!
