The accommodation is a room my bungalow with plenty of off road parking. Front and rear garden.
It would be a shared walk in shower room with toilet and bathroom, dining room/lounge and kitchen. Utility room out back.
Yes I smoke, but never in the bedrooms.
I have a 2 year old sprocker. I wouldn't recommend a cat but friendly dog welcome.
I am open minded and kindness is the word.
