A fully furnished double room is available in a three-bedroom house. The landlord prefers to rent the property to a group of people, and my friends and I have been living here happily without any issues.

One of our housemates is relocating, so we’re looking for someone to take over their room from 2nd August.

As the tenancy runs from the 15th of each month, you’ll have 13 days in the room before your first rent period begins, which is a great bonus.
