In terms of amenities, it is a minute walk to ASDA there are also many nearby shops, M&S, Tesco, and Sainsburys. It is a 15 minute drive into Plymouth City Centre and on several bus routes. The house back on to a large field.

There is also a garden which is nice to sit out in during the warmer months.

There is some on-street parking and the property has access to a doubledriveway, which is currently used by only me.

I am 30 year old healthcare professional working at Derriford hospital. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, but also having time to myself to binge watch some TV.
