We have beautiful bedrooms on the 1st floor of our family home, plus a shared bathroom between tenants.

Ideally, we would like full time professionals.

We provide a bedsit-style room, with simple cooking equipment & small fridge. There is a big shares bathrooms with a bath/shower and laundry facilities, between 3 people who will be renting.

Quiet, secluded part of town, 5 minutes walk to St Austell town centre.

Free parking on the road, not the driveway as we will need access at all times.

We live on the ground floor and have three dogs and two cats hence not allowing other pets I'm afraid.

Smoking is a big no-no anywhere on the property.
