A lovely double room with a view over the rear garden, fields and trees. It is on the lower floor (the house is on a sloping plot) next to the kitchen so not far to go to the kettle in the morning! You would have full shared use of the kitchen, bathroom (there is only one ; shower over bath), lounge and outside spaces (front garden, decking area adjoining kitchen with carabiners to attach a large hammock and rear garden). There is free on-street parking directly outside the house. The drive is available for parking but is rather steep.

You have your own fridge and ample cupboard storage space. There is EE broadband with Smart Wi-Fi booster devices to ensure a strong signal throughout the house. The TV has both NETFLIX, TNT Sports HD, Prime Video and Premier Sports.

Wembury Beach is 5 min away by car or about a 20 min walk. There are a couple of lovely footpath routes if you'd rather avoid walking on pavements next to the road and traffic. The Yealm Estuary is a similar distance away but only accessible on foot. Very close to the house (<5min walk) we have an excellent local shop, the Odd Wheel pub and a bus stop for service number 48 into Plymstock and the City Centre. Also nearby is the Wembury Village Hall where a Farmer's Market is held on the first Saturday of each month.

I teach maths full-time in a local secondary school. I enjoy living simply and relatively quietly. I enjoy cooking from scratch and sometimes bake bread and make pizza dough. When not working and at home I enjoy gardening and watching rugby (union).

I am looking for someone who is friendly, positive, considerate and tidy. My preference would be for someone who also works full-time and does not work from home. If you are a smoker, vaper, a user of recreational drugs or like to 'party', this would not be the home for you.

My two children, aged 18 and 17 are occasionally with me.
