Reasonable sized double bedroom in a 2 bed flat, upstairs with large window so plenty of light. Is fully furnished with a raised bed for additional storage.
Flat has a large living room and kitchen, where I have 2 house rabbits (hence the no pets). Some additional. storage throughout the flat.
All bills included except for Council tax. I am council tax exempt (PhD Student). Council tax Band A.
I'm fairly chilled, quite social and am out of the house a fair bit with friends, gym or work. Would be good to have someone that I get on with, not a necessity to hang out but would be good to have a nice dynamic.
Tend to keep things fairly clean but not constantly spotless.
