Looking for someone to look after my flat temporarily whilst I spend a few months away over summer, with the chance of possibly extending that time up until a year, maybe even two years (dependant on plans)

With bills included, the lowest I’m able to offer is I believe around £700, including single person council tax, (council tax A). Not including WIFI.

Rent alone would be £400, should you want to sort out your own bills.

You’d be welcome to add anything to the flat whilst I’m away - If you wanted a TV that would be okay!
