I have a single room to rent in a village in the Tamar Valley, in Dartmoor near Yelverton.

The room is furnished and comes with a single bed, build in cupboard, chest of drawers, clothes rail, desk and shelving. The garage is also available for storage on discussion. Black out curtains are in the room- just not the image!

Access to the rest of the house is included, including the living room, kitchen, shared bathroom, garden and conservatory.

Parking is available on the street for free- no permits and plenty of space!

I am a single professional and work from home with my Lurcher Molly. I am used to living in shared houses and spend my free time out and about and being active.

The village has easy access to Dartmoor and lots of public footpaths, a pub and is a 20 minute drive from Plymouth.
