Hi, I am a young 61 year old woman, living alone in a three bedroomed house. (One room is not rented out.) The double room available is in a detached house in Plympton, Chaddlewood area. Close to local amenities - a Co-Op, a pub and various takeaways & a chemist. There are also regular buses across the city, all a short walk away. There is off road parking, should you require. I am easygoing, happy to accept pets. I spend a few days/nights a week caring for an older friend and/or staying with friends. TV in the shared living room, all kitchen equipment, washing machine. Wi-Fi & a new bathroom.
