I have bought in 2024 and have been renovating - Still a few bits left to do in bathroom and garden but house is more than functional.

Room currently has double bed, bedside table and chest of drawers. Can provide clothes rail or wardrobe if required. (Last lodger had her own) Room has storage cupboard and lovely exposed brick feature fire place. Has been freshly decorated since last lodger.

Kitchen cupboard x2 as well as shared use of the fridge/freezer and other appliances. Bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

Bus stop is a 3min walk and easy access into city centre or A38. On street parking without permit.

Wanting a clean, tidy and respectful professional as I work full time Mon-Fri. I occasionally go away for work or stay at Boyfriends so will often find you have house to yourself.

I enjoy paddleboarding, pilates, beach walks and being active. Love cooking and baking and binge watching on netflix.
