Hi,
I’m looking for a new housemate in my 2 bedroom property.
I have a room available in my home from 1st July - which I share with my 2 Frenchies, Annie (6.5yrs) and Benny (2.5 yrs). They are wonderful pups: gorgeous & friendly. Although please be warned, Benny WILL love you more than life itself - he is very cuddly & needy 😂
There is a parking space included which you are free to use (I don’t drive).
I am very friendly with my neighbours here & actually have a WhatsApp group for some of us - therefore, you will not only be welcomed by myself & the dogs, you will have a few others always happy to help when needed!
The room itself overlooks the front of the property & is light and airy (newly decorated since my previous lodger left to have a baby)
You will see from the pictures the communal areas, living room (including the usual tv, broadband, dining table etc) and kitchen (oven, toaster, microwave, dishwasher etc)
I would prefer someone to come & meet me first, to ensure we both feel comfortable with each other.
I am very friendly, thoughtful & respectful - a young 42! I do spend a couple of nights a week at my boyfriend’s house, so not here all the time.
I’m looking for anyone who has the same qualities - respectful & caring - you must also be ok with dogs, obviously. Please note: I do not expect you to look after/ care for them, unless you offer 😂
I have an enclosed rear garden which is a sun trap in the summer, including a washing line. It’s a mess at the moment, but of course when the weather gets better, will be cleaned & tidied again (great for housemate BBQ evenings!)
