I have a double room available in my 3 bedroom house in Sherford. Very relaxed, quiet neighbourhood with good access to the A38 and Derriford. Currently two professional female living there ages 22-28.
All bills included, this includes council tax and wifi.
The room includes a king-size bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.
One room (already let) has an en-suite so the room advertised would share the main bathroom with one other, which has a bath with shower head, toilet and sink. There is also a downstairs toilet.
I have a study room, so work from home tenants would be considered but I sometimes work nights so this would have to be discussed.
Plenty of parking. Clean communal areas, including living room, kitchen and garden.
