Hello my name is claire :) I’m looking for a buddy up/ lodger , I’ve a very clean spare room to rent in a 3 bed house .

I’m a professional manager for a Spanish company , I like music , dancing , paddle boarding , travel , walking and lots of other activities . I’m very friendly and very sociable . I enjoy evenings out and about , but I also quiet nights in with a movie I’m preferably looking for a female lodger. I also spend some of my time overnight in Dartmouth so you will have the house to yourself.

The room has a kingsize bed a wardrobe and two large sets of drawers.

I live local Derriford Hospital and 8 minutes walking distance to Crownhill village. Where there are shops and restaurants. The city center is around 15 minutes drive . There are also several bus routes which are also very close by .
