Looking for a short-medium term lodger initially, but longer term if it works! Last lodger stayed for 1 year and one before 1.5 years.

I am considerate, clean and tidy (90% of the time :)) and looking for similar in a lodger. Must be energy conscious and nice to cats :). My house is on a beautiful quiet road, opposite a tennis court and park. Fortunately, parking is always possible right outside the house and has been the case since at least 2015! Lovely sun-trap of a garden. Parking comes included in cost (I cover this as otherwise there is a restriction between 10-11am on weekdays).
Ideally looking for someone who works full-time with a reliable income, but will consider students, with guarantor and usual checks.
