I have a large bedroom to let in my 3 bed maisonette which is located over ground and first floors. It is in the Southwell area and will be available from 1st October. Good bus service to city centre and ample free parking.
Shared lounge/diner, kitchen and bathroom. Additional ground floor toilet.
I am easy going, work as a site manager and enjoy keeping fit, travel and cooking.
Would consider negotiating deposit for the right tenant. Happy to consider housing benefit.
