Landlady lives in, also female relative. We have large friendly dogs so a dog lover is a must, or at least someone who is accepting of them :) We are not party animals, enjoy our own lives and hobbies, but are accepting as people, and enjoy a good chat about life.

**Possible potential for sometimes reduced rent in return for dog sitting, but this is not essential nor guaranteed**
