Double bedroom to rent in family home. The room will come furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and triple wardrobe. A tv is also optional.

Bills are included in the rent. The occupier will have access to the rest of the house including a spacious living/ dining room, kitchen (individual cupboard and Half the use of the fridge/freezer; all appliances, utensils etc included) and yoga/ spare room. There is wifi, washing machine and tumble drier. The house is homely, has a garden and parking (both driveway and street).

There are easy links into both Cardiff and Pontypridd, with a bus stop outside the house. Taxis fromCardiff (at night) are approx £35. There are several local pubs, take aways, a convenience store, and gyms as well as plenty of local countryside walks and a 25 minute drive to the beach.
We are a married couple and both working professionals so are looking for a professional or a mature student who appreciates a busy working week and is tidy and quiet. A reference would be preferred where possible.
It is important that you are Comfortable and confident around dogs and are happy to live with two. We would be looking for you to meet the dogs a few times in advance of moving in.
