I have this lovely double bedroom free to rent from the 1st of May 2024. It is a professional home, with two double bedrooms.

I have one housemate at the property, his name is Justin and is a working professional.

It can be provided furnished and it comes with a bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

The house has a shared bathroom with a bath and shower downstairs.

It has a newly fitted kitchen with all the white goods provided and crockery, toasters, microwaves etc.


There is a dining room/sitting room space in one half of the house downstairs, and in the other downstairs room a large L shaped sofa and tv, so there are separate spaces and sofas provided for both residents if preferred.

The house is situated opposite Hopkinstown Cricket Club if interested in social or sporting events.

It’s also a 5 minute walk from Barry Sidings Country Park which has mountain biking tracks, a park, lake and a host of lovely walks. It also has a cafe which serves all sorts of food and coffee. They also put on events in the summer from vintage car shows to yoga and gong classes outside.

There is parking outside the house, and there are also good public transport links.

There is a bus stop right outside the house, and the Trehafod or Pontypridd train stations are 5 minutes away in either direction, or a 15 minute walk.

The Brecon Beacons are a half hour drive, and a lot of south wales beaches are within 40 minutes.
