I am moving back home so I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom student house on Meadow Street, Treforest. The house is a 6-minute walk from the Treforest campus. The contract is Sep 24-Aug 25. It’s £90 a week without bills (3 payments of £1500). 4 girls ideally looking for another girl. Lovely house for a good price. The room is a good size with a desk, wardrobe and double bed.
