Firstly, I apologise for the photos! My phone is not the most complimentary of the flat!

Large penthouse flat with unfurnished double room and en suite which contains toilet, sink and rainfall shower.

The living room and kitchen are both open plan and have skylights making it very light and spacious. There is a balcony overlooking Poole Harbour (not that the pictures do it much justice)

There is another main bathroom which I will use but you are welcome to as well.

5 minute walk to Ashley Cross and great transport links to get around Dorset.

References and deposit will be required to the letting agent.

I'm an easygoing housemate and like to have a laugh and socialise as well as enjoying my own time, I would be looking for a male or female similar.
