We are a lovely little guest house, with basic cooking facilities, and now switching over to long term guests (although occasionally we are happy to take shorter stays). So you will get a gorgeous ensuite room for a heavily reduced price.

We are a 5 minute walk to Poole Hospital and 10 minute walk to Poole Park/Dolphin Shopping Centre/Leisure Centre/15 min walk to train station. Great location as everything is walking distance to amenities including a Tesco Express and Co-op. Please see map.

Rent payable weekly in advance.
Small deposit (returned on your last day.)
2 week minimum leaving notice required.

Locked area with CCTV for bicycles.

We are available to offer ‘occasional ‘ laundry services (wash, dry and fold) for a fee, but there is a laundromat about 9 minute walk away .
NO SMOKING/NO VAPING ON PREMISES.


Free use of our bedding if required and laundered weekly.
Free weekly clean of guest rooms and communal areas.

Use of shared guest dining room which has single hob, air fryer, 2 microwaves, toaster, kettle, sink. Shared fridge/freezers. Food storage cupboards.

We are directly opposite Green Park which is a lovely area to simply walk across the road and sit and relax and enjoy the beautiful distant view of Poole Harbour and Brownsea Island. - great sunrises!

For your peace of mind, our guest house has current up to date safety certificates such as: gas/boiler safety, fire alarm & emergency lighting, and electrical appliance testing certificate. We are also DBS checked.

We are a quiet , clean, warm and cosy guest house and respect guest’s privacy . It is very peaceful here and perfect for guests who work shifts at the hospital . We are sorry but we do not allow visitors.
As owners, we have our private, separate living areas.

If you want to move in we will need your deposit and 1 week rent in advance via BACS to secure the room. Receipt and keys will be given to you - we are unable to hold the room without payment.
