Hi I'm Elly, i'm 38, i own a 2 bed flat, i am looking to rent spare room,
The room is single, theres a bed, bedside table and clothes rail, the boiler is in the room in a cuboard so space to put stuff in there. Also a window.
Good sized living room with a table and washing rail, theres also a communal garden round the front, I like to socialize but also like my own space, so ideally looking for someone similar, I sometimes go out over a weekend in the evenings or day time. Or stay in and chill infront of the TV, i work as a cleaner in a special needs school 32.5 hours a week, and dance 3 evenings a week. I don't drive so there is a spare parking space next to the flat which is ground floor and has double doors, I have 2 cats, so someone who likes cats is a must and to occasionally look after them if i'm away. Also someone who tidies up after themselves, and who is independant, the flat is a few yards from the co op and bus stops and about 10 mins drive to Poole town centre. I am a kind and caring person, also happy to occasionally cook meals, i dance Tuesdays-Thursdays so tend to like to come home and chill infront of the Tv after. I will require a £150 deposit 1-4 weeks in advanced to secure the room which is none refundable if you change your mind, but refundable if you send a written letter explaining the situation, and will refund it when moving out, will only ask for half of the first months rent when moving in, then a months full rent at the end off each month, I Can't accept anyone on Universal credit i'm afraid. So someone in full time employment. Moving in date from 14th august- 15th september. This will be a private rent, but will have a contract to be signed.
