My flat mate of one year is sadly moving out which leaves this large double room vacant. You’ll have free roam of the 710 square foot new build apartment except for my bedroom. Your room has access to the balcony which has a beautiful balcony bar, great in the evenings this time of year! All bills are included, eg parking permits, Netflix, prime, council tax, all household bills too. This is a small block of 5 flats, on the top floor. The flat is directly opposite Poole Park, also Whitecliff Park, Baiter Park and the marina. You’d be parked and on the beach at Sandbanks in under 10 minutes and you can walk into Ashley Cross in 5. We also have an EV charger you may use. The room comes fully furnished and there is also a bike store.

I work full time and I’m rarely in the house except for the evenings. I cook fresh at home and happy to share if you’re back late or something. I’m clean and tidy, friendly, social, helpful and have always been good friends with my lodgers. Feel free to have as much of your own space as you like.
