Access via side gated area with lovely rear garden with large decking area.
Looking for quiet and respectful person to become a lodger in a household of a father and his 5 children aged from 16 to 27 and 2 other long term lodgers.
Lodgers are separated from the main house with own private area so very private room space and hardly interact with household.
We have 2 friendly dogs that are separated from the lodgers private area so no more pets needed.
Cabin Room is outside in a undercover area next to the other lodgers rooms and the 2 rooms share a shower room and a private toilet/basin room.
Washing machine and dryer in the same area.
Main Consideration is finding the right person to fit into the existing dynamics so looking for the right person so i will not be rushed as this is Key.
