Hi I'm Elly, i'm 38, i own a 2 bed flat, my current flat mate whos male and a friend is moving out due to work, so i'm urgently looking for a trustworthy, reliable person who pays rent on time, and likes cats.
The room is single, theres a bed, bedside table and clothes rail, the boiler is in the room in a cuboard so space to put stuff in there. Also a window.
Good sized living room with a table and washing rail, theres also a communal garden round the front, I like to socialize but also like my own space, so ideally looking for someone similar, My boyfriend will sometimes stay over the occasionial weekend and has a border collie who is very friendly, so whoever moves in must be ok with dogs, I sometimes go out over a weekend in the evenings or day time. Or stay in and chill infront of the TV, i work as a cleaner in a special needs school 32.5 hours a week, and dance 3 evenings a week. I don't drive so there is a spare parking space next to the flat which is ground floor and has double doors, the person must be okay to occasionally look after the cats if i'm away. And tidy up after themselves, and who is independant, the flat is a few yards from the co op and bus stops and about 10 mins drive to Poole town centre. I am a kind and caring person, also happy to occasionally cook meals, i dance Tuesdays-Thursdays so tend to like to come home and chill infront of the Tv after. Small deposit is required with first months rent when moving in. I Can't accept anyone on Universal credit i'm afraid. So someone in full time employment. Will charge a bit extra if you have an electric car.
