We have a quiet South facing double room to rent in a substantial detached house located in the desirable BH13 area (Canford Cliffs Road). The house includes large south facing garden, dining room, lounge with open fire, furnished, washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer, new boiler, 3 bathrooms, cellar with pool room and double garage for bikes, surf boards and endless storage. Safe parking is also available at the front of the property or at the rear on a gated drive.

We’re in no rush to fill the room but it's technically available from mid-late September for the right person. This is not your typical house share! Were looking for young professionals or mature students but the ‘fit’ is far more important to us. We all lead independent lives but always find time for house brunches, movie nights and the obligatory weekly BBQ throughout the summer months. House ski trips, paddle board sessions, walks and bike rides have all been arranged in the past! 

Sharing with 3 other house trained, clean and tidy, active, professionals in their 20’s and 30’s. Close to Penhill, Canford Cliffs village, Ashley Cross and Westbourne. The property is within walking distance to Jenkin & Sons for evening drinks and equally as close to Bennetts Bakers for good Saturday morning coffee. It's also a short run / walk through Branksome Woods down to Branksome beach.

We're ideally looking for another girl to keep the house 'balance' but fit is always our most import factor. The current girl is leaving JP Morgan to go travelling and do a ski season.

Excellent tea making and baking skills would be advantageous.
