NEED CONFIRMATION BY MAY 9TH: Looking for 2 new flatmates for this bright, recently renovated flat with good rent :) 2 minutes walk from All Saints DLR station and a 10 minute walk from Elizabeth Line (Canary Wharf station).

This is a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in Poplar. Two girls in their early 20s live here (one working in the City and one completing her master's), and would like to stay for the next tenancy cycle after a year. We have two double bedrooms available - one for £630 per month and a larger one for £800 (see pictures). Bills and broadband are not included, but will be around £50-60 per person per month total.

Move-in date would be July 10th. We would like a response to get back to the agent by May 9th latest, but ideally ASAP would be great.
