My current housemate is leaving due to visa changes, so I’m sadly looking for someone new to take over this lovely room and enjoy it as much as we have.

The room available is a spacious with a single bed, mattress, computer table and chairs.

The house has 5 bedrooms, a separate toilet and shower room. The living room, kitchen, conservatory and garden are all bright and spacious — perfect for relaxing.

I’m looking for someone who will keep the home tidy, clean and homely.

Available date 23 April or as close as possible.

Minimum 8 month contract, renewable.

Prefer female housemates please.
