I have a small single bedroom available in an otherwise unoccupied (during the week) 3bed house. 6mins drive to M4 J38, 8 mins drive to Kenfig nature reserve/sand dunes/sker beach, 9 mins drive to M4 J37.. the house is quiet, in a quiet cul de sac & backs onto woodland. Council tax band D. The most appealing features of this home for me is its close proximity to margam park to which I can run/cycle from my front door (or back gate) & a conservatory.
