Two large rooms available in central Southsea in a quiet road close to Albert Road and Elm Grove.

One room is big with a king size bed and the other is large with a double bed.

All bills included - Council tax, broadband, water, electricity, gas, TV licence, etc.

The rooms are fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk and chair and we're happy to buy whatever furniture is needed in addition.

Shared communal areas include kitchen/diner, utility area and bathroom which you will be sharing - three people in total. There is no shared sitting room.

We're looking for a professional or a student or similar, people who like a quiet, clean place and value their privacy.

This is female only because the kitchen, bathroom, etc. are shared.

We live in a separate part of the house and don't use your facilities.
