The room is available from 01/09/26 There’s a 24 hour gym nearby, maybe a seven minute walk. Bus stops aswell which are on Milton Rd. Fratton Train Station is a 22 minute walk. Parking is free on my street with no permits.
All bills & broadband are included, Deposit to be paid upfront. These rooms are furnished, no pets, smoking is only allowed outside in the back garden only. The room is clean and ready now.
