Two spacious part-furnished double rooms available in a 3-bed house (see pictures for rooms).

I’m the current tenant and have the loft room with my own bathroom, so sometimes you won’t even know I’m there! Looking for two friendly housemates to share the house with.

Available on 5th January, due to previous tenants moving then.

Rooms are part-furnished:
They come with large set of wardrobes, 2 chest of drawers and a dressing table. (*Beds and chairs are not included). The two rooms advertised would share a family bathroom together, bath with shower head, sink with under cabinet and toilet.

The house:
Modern, with a large spacious living room / diner (space for desks/table if needed). Kitchen is kitted out with fridge/freezer, washing machine/ gas oven. Plenty of kitchen cupboard space. Two large storage cupboards. If you have furniture you want to bring happy to discuss.

Parking:
Two free parking spaces allocated to this house and plenty of free spaces in the cauldesac (I have a car too so happy to negotiate the spaces).

Good garden and patio area. Bike rack just outside of house.

Rooms are £360 pcm. Bills are roughly £100 per month (including gas/electric/internet/council tax). Gas central heating.

Located in Whiteley, 5 minute walk (2 min drive) to Whiteley shopping centre (Tesco and shops, cinema, restaurants) and business parks. Also easy access to M27 for Portsmouth and Southampton and surrounding towns.

I’m friendly, laid back, clean and tidy, work from home. Mix between going out for the evenings or chill in the house. I’m in a band so play music with headphones in, but lug equipment about too on occasions. Love a good house night and am sociable, but also happy to do own things too.
