Double room to rent in quiet house in Binstead. The room is furnished with two large cupboards, a t. v point and broadband. Large house with use of kitchen, bathroom, lounge, conservatory and garden. Room is newly decorated, house has had a new bathroom and kitchen. Range cooker, dish washer, washing machine etc. Plenty of parking close by, on main bus routes. 10 minutes walk to beach, 1/2 hour walk to town centre. Shop / post office and pub over the road. Sharing with landlady. £450 pcm. Rent to be paid upfront plus £400 deposit, references required. Single occupancy only, no cats but a dog may be considered.
I generally ask for a minimum of three months but this might be negatable to the right person for a little extra.
