I have a double room available for rent for best part of a week. I have my children stay with me 4pm Saturday until 4pm Sunday so I would need the flat to myself during these hours. Outside of these times though I have the flat available for use

As the double room is for my daughters the single beds do need to stay. However I am open to arrangements to make it work for us all. I have a double bed in the smaller room and my sofa bed folds out as a double in the living room
