Hello! Your room is an airy (lighter than what the picture depicts) moderate sized double room, furnished (Chester draws, double bed, desk, exposed wardrobe with French doors that open to the well maintained garden. There is a bicycle shed too if you cycle.

The Flat is nicely presented, clean with all mod coms including internet access, Virgin TV, washer, dishwasher. There are two cats and so you do need to be a cat lover.

The flat is in a great location two minutes to the sea front, near canoe lake. 7 minutes to Albert Rd, 15/20 minute walk to Fratton Station. You'll be sharing with me, Amy, (friendly professional and live in landlord). I have said minimum age 30 but I can relax that with the right person. Ideally, you'll be a friendly and respectful professional (or mature postgrad student ) who requires a place for up to 6 months (although there is some flexibility with length of stay). I’m also open to negotiate price if you are looking for Mon- Fri only.
