Hi there,

I am looking for one lodger/housemate for a house in Southsea on Oxford Road.
There is one nice sized double room available.


The house is 20/25 minute walk to the University of Portsmouth and town centre, and a 15 minute walk to Fratton train station.
I have just completed a Masters at Portsmouth University in Media and Communication.

I live in the property with my boyfriend. He is a Masters graduate and works for the Historic Dockyard. He is a kind and fun guy, and is easy to get along with.

Also I am friendly and easy going and we would preferably like to continue living with like-minded people around our own age.

We will consider professionals or quiet students who need a study base. The house is also ideal foreign language assistants. Ideally looking for people between 22 and 32.

Rent is £450 per month with all bills, tv and internet included. Deposit is also £450.

Minimum stay of 4 months.

There is a big communal lounge diner, reception, kitchen, bathroom, and another WC. If you require more pictures of the house, please ask.
