Looking for someone to take up my spare room as my current amazing lodger is moving out due to getting a job in Surrey.

Firstly, you must like animals. We have 5 dogs and a cat. Other pets welcomed.

I’m a young professional with a couple of small businesses working from home and tend to just chill in the evenings, with my affectionate pets. Looking for someone who’s clean and respectful, who likes a quiet weekend and perhaps occasionally enjoy a wine together.

The property consists of a front room, kitchen, toilet, and dining room downstairs, and then upstairs is your room, the bathroom, my working room, and my bedroom. Large garden with no direct back neighbours - making your room very quiet at night. Front forecourt with small gate.
